WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN HIRING ME AS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER

Once you’ve filled out a contact form, we can discuss all the fun details! If you have a vision for the end result, make sure to share it with me — you can never give me too much information!
pick a location + date
I typically book 2-6 weeks in advance, but will book as far out as needed (especially for weddings or events). We will discuss a date and potential locations that best fit what you have in mind! I am always down to scout locations for (or with!) you.
Once we’ve settled on a date, time and place, I will send over a contract and invoice. One the contract is signed, your session or event goes on my calendar!
Shoot time!
We will meet at our set location on our planned date.
Please make sure to arrive on time (this goes for me too!). I will guide you through the process as needed and we will craft some beautiful images together! I am 100% there for making YOU look and feel good.
you don’t have to be a model
Almost everyone I’ve photographed has expressed concern about being awkward in front of a camera or not knowing how to pose — this is a totally normal feeling! Don't worry, I'll guide you through where to look and how to stand to look your best. I like to keep things pretty light and will be constantly communicating with you throughout our time together. Talk to me if something is on your mind — I really do want to know. If you’re getting solo portraits or headshots taken, feel free to bring a hype-person along with ya if makes you more comfortable!
editing
After our shoot, I will head home to start editing! Editing can take up to 2 weeks for portraits, lifestyle and couples. Editing can take up to 4-6 weeks for weddings and events.
delivery
Once the photos are done, I will send an easy to use online gallery link to your email. From there, you can download your photos to your laptop or phone! Feel free to send out your gallery link to your family + friends!

Once you’ve received the images, please post some of your favorites! And please tag me in photos you post on Instagram or Facebook (@victoriaarmourstudios) so I share them on my story, make sure I’m following you, and hype you up in the comments.
